In addition to the traditional role of General Contractor, DBS can incorporate the design and engineering into one contract as a Turnkey Design Builder. In situations where general contracting is not preferred and your resources for overseeing a project are limited, DBS can act as an extension of your team by providing Design Assistance and/or Construction Management services to ensure your best interests are incorporated into each phase of the construction process.
