Whether you opt to contract with DBS for General Contracting, Design-Build, or Construction Management services, DBS offers comprehensive Project Management services, including participation in project meetings as required, to ensure:

• On-site monitoring to verify that projects are completed according to specifications
• Safety and quality are consistently exceeding expectations
• Proper communication between contractors and customer

DBS, as General Contractor or Design Builder, assumes single-source liability for all materials and services provided throughout the delivery of your project. In addition to the Project Management services provided directly by DBS, typically the DBS jobsite superintedent, or on roofing projects the locally based Territory Manager/Manufacturer’s Representative of our sister company, The Garland Company, Inc., will provide on-site inspection and quality control services throughout the installation process.
