DBS is the installation services provider for all materials listed on The Garland Company, Inc.’s Federal Supply Schedule (GS‑07F‑0130K) administered by the GSA (General Services Administration). DBS customers have been successfully using this contract since 2001. The GSA schedule provides most favored customer (MFC) pricing for Garland high-performance roofing, plaza deck, and flooring materials, as well as energy generating photovoltaic panels. DBS is listed as the authorized installer under the Terms and Conditions of Garland’s Federal Supply Schedule and can combine other building envelope trades under schedule.
