Project/Construction Manager
Description:
Oversees project execution; provides advice, guidance, and support for contract needs, including proposal preparation, subcontract administration, and project support. Responsible for task and project performance, planning, communication, and leadership.
Requirements:
- BS degree in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited university or college
- A minimum of 10 years experience in project management, facilities maintenance, and/or construction. experience
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, and cost control
Field Manager
Description:
Assists in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects; development of probable cost estimates for projects; the analysis of reports, tests, and drawings in relation to project plans; the preparation of project reports, specifications, plans, schedules, and permits.
Requirements:
- High school/GED diploma and a minimum of 10 years experience OR an associates degree/equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and a minimum of 8 years experience OR a BS degree from an accredited university/college and a minimum of 5 years experience
Job Site Superintendents
Description:
Assists in inspection and field surveying; attends various meetings as needed related to projects; must be a good communicator; monitors daily progress and prepares reports; must understand building plans, blueprints, and maps; must be able to follow and carry out specific instructions on an independent basis.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of a high school/GED diploma and 10 years experience in the construction industry
